Jerry Esrick is a member of the American Arbitration Association's Commercial;   Large Complex Case; Healthcare; Merger and Joint Venture Panels. He is experienced in conducting Zoom Hearings.

 

He has over 45 Years of experience as a civil jury trial litigator and business counselor. His ADR experience spans over thirty years.

He has served as an arbitrator in large complex cases for the AAA and as a privately retained arbitrator and mediator handling more than  250 cases either as sole arbitrator, chair or member of a panel. He has authored over 75 reasoned awards and served as a mediator in over 50 cases.
 

He was the managing partner of Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP, a 200 lawyer Chicago-based firm for several years. 

 

His varied legal experience ranges from an extensive practice in corporate transactions (over 100 mergers, acquisitions, public equity and fixed income offerings), to nationwide business and class action litigation, including high-stakes jury trials involving antitrust, securities, and RICO issues.

 

He is very proud to have been elected and currently serve as a Fellow to both the College of Commercial Arbitrators and the American College of Trial Lawyers.

He has devoted a considerable amount of time to pro bono cases and organizations devoted to legal reform and legal support for indigent clients.
